Easlan Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Georgian Apartments in Rincon, GA. 

Position Summary

By showcasing your superb sales and customer service skills, you will help provide an exceptional living experience for our residents and aid in exceeding prospective resident's expectations, you will:

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish by presenting our apartments and community in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships and creating excitement.
  • Maintain these relationships by providing excellent customer service and helping current residents resolve problems as they arise.
  • Complete leases and related paperwork.
  • Actively participate in the marketing of the apartment community to attract new residents.
  • Have fun while being involved all aspects of the multi-family housing industry.
  • Full-time (hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm)

The most important skills and qualifications you can bring to this position include:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Assistant Property Manager experience
  • Entrata experience preferred.
  • Social Media account maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
  • Confidence to lease apartments at fair market value and close the sale.
  • Knack for addressing concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • A "can do" attitude and the ability to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
  • High school diploma/GED required

 Physical Duties

  • Regular Property Inspections: Involves walking, climbing stairs, and navigating the property to inspect facilities and grounds.
  • Maintenance Coordination: May require lifting or moving objects up to 30 pounds, coordinating repairs, and occasionally performing minor maintenance tasks.
  • Prolonged Periods of Standing or Sitting: Tasks such as conducting tours for prospective tenants or working at a desk completing administrative duties.
  • Driving: Requires a valid driver’s license to visit different parts of the property or to inspect other properties within the portfolio as needed.
